Apply Absolute Anti Aging Body Scrub to thoroughly damp skin. Scoop the scrub into your palm and add a little water to create a mousse-like paste. Gently massage it into your body using circular motions, starting at the neck and then working down the body, paying particular attention to rough patches. For added moisture and the benefit of the accompanying aromatherapy, leave the oil scrub on for a few minutes before rinsing. For ideal results, use 1-3 times a week.
