On her own transformation journey, Verena intensively studied the power of thoughts, Aromatherapy and energy work. She participated in various seminars and training courses and discovered the healing effect of positive energy and love for herself. Meditation, especially Transcendental Meditation (TM) became her daily companion and helped her to connect body, mind and soul.

In 2019, driven by her passion, Verena completed a meditation and mindfulness teacher training. Her interest in spirituality, mindfulness, meditation, and yoga continued to grow. In 2020/2021, she completed her Kundalini Yoga teacher training with Panch Nishan and her second-degree Reiki training. Verena offers meditation introductions, workshops, and is a speaker on topics such as mindfulness and personal development.
