The active ingredients of Midi 12 organic sunscreen
The active ingredients are natural and bioavailable, so they can be easily absorbed by your skin. Midi 12 contains non-greasy and non-comedogenic plant oils that protect and repair skin cells, such as soy, sea buckthorn, jojoba, carrot, raspberry seed, sesame and sunflower.
Green tea in the form of camellia oil is rich in antioxidants and helps to preserve the youthfulness of your skin. Antibacterial burdock root prevents inflammation, so that oxidative stress in the skin is neutralized. Vitamin E, keeps the skin supple and helps it prevent wrinkles. Omega-3 fatty acids from sea buckthorn and raspberry seed oil, make the skin supple, moisturize and strengthen its protective barrier.
A synergy of vitamins A, C and beta-carotene from acerola acts against free radicals to gently prepare your skin for the sun and activate melanin synthesis. Zinc, strengthens the skin's own protective barrier and thus protects it from impurities.

The founder of Midi 12
Aurélie Ribierre, the founder of Midi12, has worked in the cosmetics industry for 15 years, first in a large corporation, then for a family brand. When she founded MIDI12, she wanted to produce sunscreen products that met the greatest possible environmental constraints. Her considerations were related to the selection of suppliers, the quality of raw materials, the carbon footprint and the fight against the current waste in our society.
The history of Midi 12
Aurélie lives in the bay of La Baule, surrounded by nature with dreamy dawns and sunsets. Sunny beaches as well as salutary rainy days she experiences there in an intense and invigorating way. In the rhythm of the tides and the seasons!
In her nature-focused life, she is frequently exposed to the sun, summer and winter, and good sun protection is essential. Thus arose the longing for a protection for her skin and body that did not yet exist. It had to be sensory, i.e. it had to be discreet and have a good scent, care for the skin and make it feel good. At the same time, it should not be harmful to her own body and her beloved nature. The idea for Midi 12 was born, a sunscreen that would fulfill all these requirements and satisfy even the most demanding people.

Aurélie brought in the expertise of laboratories to develop formulations without controversial ingredients and with active ingredients from nature. By working with local companies and producers, and also always thinking about the best solution for the planet at every stage of the creative process, she wanted to bring her vision to the brand: honest, transparent, holistic and responsible protection for your skin, in harmony with nature.
