Liquid Powder's fast-drying formula sets within seconds, so we recommend working on one eye at a time.
2. Start with a subtle application
For a sheer shade, sweep the applicator over your eyelid and first apply a small amount - a little is enough.
3. Blending
Blend the color either with your finger by gently dabbing it in or with the ILIA blending brush
4. Build up for a more intense or wider color
