Breath of Clarity Uplifting Bath & Shower Oil is the yoga and meditation fragrance. This scent permeates your senses like a fresh breeze, with eucalyptus, rosemary , and sweet marjoram at its herbal core, invigorated by the freshness of peppermint and lemon . It also works wonders for stuffy noses and tension! The fragrances are 100% natural and composed of the finest pure essential oils.
Lola's Apothecary is often asked about the difference between its body and massage oils and its bath and shower oils. The main difference is that its bath oils are exceptionally concentrated with plant essences—don't use them neat on your skin! The pure essential oils are in a nourishing base of sweet almond oil, grapeseed oil, beta-carotene, and vitamin E. You only need a few drops for a full bath; it's also fabulous as a shower oil.

Just a few drops of bath oil in a cup of hot water and place it next to you. This is a wonderful way to take in the wonderful scent and relax.

Sweet almond oil: A rich source of vitamin E, it is easily absorbed and has excellent emollient properties. It is gentle on sensitive skin and great for strong, healthy nails.
Grape seed oil: is rich in Omega 6 and is easily absorbed to nourish the skin.
Beta-carotene: stimulates cell turnover and promotes skin healing.
Vitamin E: is a powerful antioxidant that repairs free radical damage and improves skin elasticity.
Eucalyptus: Stimulates the mind and promotes concentration. Its analgesic and anti-inflammatory properties provide effective relief from muscle and joint pain.
Peppermint: Cooling and stimulating, it clears sinuses, relieves muscle pain, and indigestion.
Sweet marjoram: warming and relaxing. Its antispasmodic properties help relieve tickly coughs, muscle and joint pain, and also aid digestive problems.
Rosemary: improves circulation and is a good decongestant, also promotes mental concentration.
