Application

Press the safety button and push the switch upward. The arc at the top of the ignition port will light up, creating an electric current.
To light the wick, continue to hold the ignition button and slowly move towards the target to light it.
When you're done, release the switch and it will turn off the power.

CAUTION!

Do not attempt to light the wick for more than 7 seconds at a time.
Keep out of reach of children and pets
Before lighting, make sure the arc tip is free of any contaminants.
Do not touch the arc tip with skin or flammable objects when using the product.
Keep away from high temperatures and liquids
Do not pierce, attempt to open or puncture the lighter
Only use the supplied charging cable to charge the lighter
Do not touch the electric spark

Is there a minimum order value?

Yes. Our online shop has a **minimum order value of €20.00** (incl. VAT, excl. shipping costs). If the order value is below this amount, it is technically impossible to complete the order.

How long does shipping take?

Unless a different delivery time is specified for the respective item, the delivery time is **approx. 1–3 working days within Germany**.
The delivery period begins upon conclusion of the contract.

Should an item be temporarily unavailable, we reserve the right to make **reasonable partial deliveries**. In this case, shipping costs will only be charged once.

Can I return my order?

Yes. You can return your order to us within 14 days of delivery. A refund is only possible if the items are: · in their original packaging · unused · undamaged.

Return shipping costs

For defective or incorrectly delivered items, we will cover the return shipping costs. In all other cases, the return shipping costs within Germany are a flat rate of €6.95. This amount will be deducted from the refund. Alternatively, you can return the goods to us securely packaged at your own expense. In this case, no return or processing fee will be deducted from the refund. Uncollected shipments (e.g., from a branch or parcel locker) and refused packages returned to us are also considered returns and will be charged the aforementioned return and processing fee of €6.95.

How exactly does a return process work?
