Shake well before use. After each brushing, rinse your mouth thoroughly with 1 to 2 tablespoons of mouthwash for 30 to 60 seconds. Then simply spit out and do not rinse with water. Be careful not to swallow the mouthwash.
For best results: Use the whitening mouthwash with the whitening serum and whitening remineralizing toothpaste. This will take your dental care to the next level!
