Gel-to-Milk Cleanser Witching Hour, Nightbloom or Midnight Orchard
With clean, dry fingertips, thoroughly massage the cleanser onto a dry face to remove makeup, SPF, and daily impurities. Add a splash of warm water and continue massaging to emulsify the balm into a lovely, light milk. Rinse thoroughly. Can also be removed with a damp facial wipe.
