The large stainless steel strainer with its elaborate perforation is ideal for optimally developing the tea's aroma. The matching porcelain lid provides additional heat insulation and can be used as a storage surface for the stainless steel strainer.

To ensure you can enjoy the design for a long time, we recommend handwashing. Not suitable for microwave use.

Application:

Pour the tea into the tea strainer. The amount depends on the type of tea. Pour the hot water directly into the mug with the tea strainer in place and close the lid. Let the tea steep for the recommended time (depending on the type of tea). Once the steeping time is reached, use the lid as a rest for the tea strainer. Sit back and enjoy.

Is there a minimum order value?

Yes. Our online shop has a **minimum order value of €20.00** (incl. VAT, excl. shipping costs). If the order value is below this amount, it is technically impossible to complete the order.

How long does shipping take?

Unless a different delivery time is specified for the respective item, the delivery time is **approx. 1–3 working days within Germany**.
The delivery period begins upon conclusion of the contract.

Should an item be temporarily unavailable, we reserve the right to make **reasonable partial deliveries**. In this case, shipping costs will only be charged once.

Can I return my order?

Yes. You can return your order to us within 14 days of delivery. A refund is only possible if the items are: · in their original packaging · unused · undamaged.

Return shipping costs

For defective or incorrectly delivered items, we will cover the return shipping costs. In all other cases, the return shipping costs within Germany are a flat rate of €6.95. This amount will be deducted from the refund. Alternatively, you can return the goods to us securely packaged at your own expense. In this case, no return or processing fee will be deducted from the refund. Uncollected shipments (e.g., from a branch or parcel locker) and refused packages returned to us are also considered returns and will be charged the aforementioned return and processing fee of €6.95.

How exactly does a return process work?
