The Fraser Fir soy wax candle from Sweet Water Decor is a candle that evokes memories of the past and present. Close your eyes and recall an afternoon in the snow, searching for the perfect Christmas tree, while Christmas music plays in the background. Create new memories as you light your very own Fraser Fir candle.

Only high-quality essential and conventional fragrances are used and the candle has a burn time of approximately 40 hours.

Soy wax is environmentally friendly and made from renewable resources. Soy wax is CO2-neutral and biodegradable. Furthermore, soy wax candles do not release any harmful substances when burned, have a longer burn time than paraffin, and burn soot-free. Candles made with soy wax are naturally excellent fragrance carriers and offer a consistent and balanced scent.

Applications

To ensure your candle burns cleanly and evenly, trim the wick to 0.5-1 cm before each lighting. This will give your candle a burn time of approximately 40 hours. Never leave a burning candle unattended.

Is there a minimum order value?

Yes. Our online shop has a **minimum order value of €20.00** (incl. VAT, excl. shipping costs). If the order value is below this amount, it is technically impossible to complete the order.

How long does shipping take?

Unless a different delivery time is specified for the respective item, the delivery time is **approx. 1–3 working days within Germany**.
The delivery period begins upon conclusion of the contract.

Should an item be temporarily unavailable, we reserve the right to make **reasonable partial deliveries**. In this case, shipping costs will only be charged once.

Can I return my order?

Yes. You can return your order to us within 14 days of delivery. A refund is only possible if the items are: · in their original packaging · unused · undamaged.

Return shipping costs

For defective or incorrectly delivered items, we will cover the return shipping costs. In all other cases, the return shipping costs within Germany are a flat rate of €6.95. This amount will be deducted from the refund. Alternatively, you can return the goods to us securely packaged at your own expense. In this case, no return or processing fee will be deducted from the refund. Uncollected shipments (e.g., from a branch or parcel locker) and refused packages returned to us are also considered returns and will be charged the aforementioned return and processing fee of €6.95.

How exactly does a return process work?
