Massage onto damp skin in circular motions, moving toward the heart to promote lymphatic drainage. Rinse and pat dry.
Depending on your skin type and the season, apply once or twice a week. Generally speaking, once a week for sensitive skin, twice a week for normal or oily skin.
Do not use the body polish on chapped or inflamed skin. Also, do not use the body polish directly after sun exposure or waxing/epilation; let your skin rest for a few days first.
Rosehip oil: A rich source of trans-retinoic acid and Omega 3, 6, and 9 for skin regeneration, it is clinically proven to effectively eliminate stretch marks, age spots, and fine lines.
Shea butter: rich in vitamins A, E, and F. Its creaminess nourishes and protects. It stimulates collagen production.
Coconut oil: Rich in vitamin E and beneficial fatty acids, it has disinfectant and antimicrobial properties, making it an excellent cleanser.
Himalayan crystal salt: Contains a wealth of trace elements that detoxify and soften the skin while removing dead skin cells.
Raw cane sugar: is an effective yet gentle exfoliator. Its moisturizing properties help condition the skin and also contain glycolic acid (an AHA) to promote cell turnover.
Lavender: One of nature's most popular calming herbs since Roman times. It helps relieve stress and headaches. It's also a powerful antiseptic that promotes healing.
Vanilla: Euphoric and calming, promoting well-being and serenity. It reduces inflammation and is rich in antioxidants. It's also an aphrodisiac!
Yang Ylang: Relieves stress and anxiety, helps lower blood pressure, balances sebum production, stimulates the scalp, and promotes hair growth.
Sweet orange: uplifting and calming. It's also cleansing, stimulating, and toning, effective against cellulite and helps with digestive disorders.
