Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera)
This adaptogen originates from Ayurveda, where it is traditionally associated with balance and vitality. In modern nutrition, Ashwagandha is often used in plant-based supplements. -
Red clover (Trifolium pratense)
Red clover contains naturally occurring isoflavones. These plant compounds are the subject of current nutritional research and have a long tradition in European herbal use. -
Borage oil (Borago officinalis)
Rich in gamma-linolenic acid (GLA), a polyunsaturated fatty acid found in high-quality vegetable oils, borage oil has long been used in botanicals.
Dosage: Dissolve one sachet per day in a drink - ideal for smoothies, juices, yogurt or soups.
