ILIA's Shadow Brush has a flat, tapered head and is designed to easily apply and blend product into the skin, even in hard-to-reach areas. The sustainably sourced wood handle is complemented by soft synthetic fiber bristles.

Application:

Pick up eyeshadow with the eyeshadow brush and lightly apply it to the eyelids for a flattering, natural look.

For a stronger result, intensify in layers until the desired result is achieved.

To clean the brush, moisten the soft bristles, massage in a mild soap, and rinse with warm water. Allow to dry completely.

Is there a minimum order value?

Yes. Our online shop has a **minimum order value of €20.00** (incl. VAT, excl. shipping costs). If the order value is below this amount, it is technically impossible to complete the order.

How long does shipping take?

Unless a different delivery time is specified for the respective item, the delivery time is **approx. 1–3 working days within Germany**.
The delivery period begins upon conclusion of the contract.

Should an item be temporarily unavailable, we reserve the right to make **reasonable partial deliveries**. In this case, shipping costs will only be charged once.

Can I return my order?

Yes. You can return your order to us within 14 days of delivery. A refund is only possible if the items are: · in their original packaging · unused · undamaged.

Return shipping costs

For defective or incorrectly delivered items, we will cover the return shipping costs. In all other cases, the return shipping costs within Germany are a flat rate of €6.95. This amount will be deducted from the refund. Alternatively, you can return the goods to us securely packaged at your own expense. In this case, no return or processing fee will be deducted from the refund. Uncollected shipments (e.g., from a branch or parcel locker) and refused packages returned to us are also considered returns and will be charged the aforementioned return and processing fee of €6.95.

How exactly does a return process work?
