Scrunchies are generally healthier for your hair than conventional hair ties. A silk hair tie causes less friction, doesn't strip the hair of moisture, and is gentle. Fewer kinks, knots, and breakage = healthier hair .

In a special 'waste-free' cutting process, 100% of the precious silk is used to ensure no offcuts are produced. This creates Moonchild's beautiful silk scrunchies. In conventional textile production, an average of one-third is offcut, which is discarded unused.

They are washable (gentle cycle and maximum temperature of 30 degrees) and can also be worn while sleeping.

The scrunchies are made from 100% mulberry silk and come in an elegant gift box.

Is there a minimum order value?

Yes. Our online shop has a **minimum order value of €20.00** (incl. VAT, excl. shipping costs). If the order value is below this amount, it is technically impossible to complete the order.

How long does shipping take?

Unless a different delivery time is specified for the respective item, the delivery time is **approx. 1–3 working days within Germany**.
The delivery period begins upon conclusion of the contract.

Should an item be temporarily unavailable, we reserve the right to make **reasonable partial deliveries**. In this case, shipping costs will only be charged once.

Can I return my order?

Yes. You can return your order to us within 14 days of delivery. A refund is only possible if the items are: · in their original packaging · unused · undamaged.

Return shipping costs

For defective or incorrectly delivered items, we will cover the return shipping costs. In all other cases, the return shipping costs within Germany are a flat rate of €6.95. This amount will be deducted from the refund. Alternatively, you can return the goods to us securely packaged at your own expense. In this case, no return or processing fee will be deducted from the refund. Uncollected shipments (e.g., from a branch or parcel locker) and refused packages returned to us are also considered returns and will be charged the aforementioned return and processing fee of €6.95.

How exactly does a return process work?
