ANIMA MUNDI Black Elderberry

We've developed a highly effective elderberry extract combined with other plant extracts such as Skullcap Baikalensis, Cordyceps, Reishi, Shiitake, and Maitake. These ingredients have long been valued in various traditions and used for their unique properties.

Key features:

Our elderberry extract is now double extracted, through a decoction and extraction in vegetable glycerin and alcohol.
The extract is vegan and sugar-free because we use organic plant-based glycerin (VG) instead of honey or other sweeteners.
Our mushrooms are certified organically grown in Washington State, using both fruiting bodies and mycelium.

Why vegetable glycerin? VG has a certain sweetness but contains no sugar. This makes our elderberry extract sugar-free and suitable for diabetics and vegans. Furthermore, the extract is shelf-stable and doesn't need to be refrigerated like conventional syrups.

Application

Directions: Add 1 teaspoon daily to water, juice, tea, baked goods, or other foods of your choice. We especially enjoy it in a delicious Bundt cake or a delicious wild blueberry tart.

Recommended dosage for children:

From 4 years: 1/2 teaspoon daily.
1–3 years: ¼ teaspoon daily.

Elderberry is often used in higher doses when a sense of well-being is noticed. For this reason, Anima Mundi has chosen to avoid sugar, as sugar can impair the flavor and add extra calories in some recipes. The dosage can be adjusted depending on whether you plan to use the product daily or for specific needs. For daily use, 1 teaspoon per day is sufficient. For increased needs, the dosage may vary.

Can I return my order?

Return shipping costs

For defective or incorrectly delivered items, we will cover the return shipping costs. In all other cases, the return shipping costs within Germany are a flat rate of €6.95. This amount will be deducted from the refund. Alternatively, you can return the goods to us securely packaged at your own expense. In this case, no return or processing fee will be deducted from the refund.
