Application:

MASSAGE

Apply a small amount of toothpaste to the toothbrush. Then place the bristles on the irritated gums and apply circular movements with gentle pressure for 10 seconds.
CLEAN

Brush the outer and then the inner surfaces of the gums towards the tooth. Finish with the surfaces chewing down to the bottom of the molars. Light to moderate pressure. Brushing time 3 minutes.
POLISH

Place the brush only on the enamel and perform dynamic circular movements. Gently press for 60 seconds.
