Palo Santo is a mystical tree that grows on the coast of South America and is related to frankincense, myrrh and copal. In Spanish, the name translates as "sacred wood - tree of life".
Palo Santo is traditionally used to purify the air of bacteria and, above all, to drive away bad energy and spirits. It is also commonly used to relieve colds, flu symptoms, stress, asthma, headaches, anxiety, depressive moods, inflammation and much more.
Palo Santo, also known as "holy wood", has been used in aromatherapy for centuries. The pleasant fragrance that is released when the wood is burned has a calming effect and promotes a relaxed atmosphere.

Use a candle, a match or a lighter to light the Palo Santo wood.
Hold the Palo Santo wood at an angle of about 45 degrees and point the tip downwards towards the flame. Let it burn for about 30 seconds to 1 minute and then blow it out.
Smoke your workplace, your home, your car or any other place where you want to clear the energy.
After use, place the log in a fireproof bowl made of metal, glass or clay. The embers will extinguish themselves unless you blow on the embers, which will keep the smoke going. Please always be careful when handling fire.
