Nailberry rejects any form of animal testing; its polishes are certified vegan and halal. 12-free means that the company eliminates 12 harmful ingredients found in conventional manufacturers.

Application

Wash your hands, moisten a lint-free cotton pad with nail polish remover, and wipe it over your nails to remove polish residue, oils, and impurities.

File and buff your nails to smooth out any imperfections and achieve the desired length. Then apply a layer of Strengthen & Breathe Base Coat—our reinforced yet breathable formula that strengthens the nail.

Apply a thin coat of your chosen Nailberry polish using our wide, tapered brush to flawlessly paint your nail from base to tip. Work with both hands to allow each coat to dry.

Then apply a second thin coat for a vibrant, professional finish on each nail. Let the polish air dry.

Extend wear, prevent fading, and achieve outstanding shine with a final coat of our revolutionary and breathable Shine & Breathe Top Coat.

How long does shipping take?

Unless a different delivery time is specified for the respective item, the delivery time is **approx. 1–3 working days within Germany**.
The delivery period begins upon conclusion of the contract.

Should an item be temporarily unavailable, we reserve the right to make **reasonable partial deliveries**. In this case, shipping costs will only be charged once.

Can I return my order?

Yes. You can return your order to us within 14 days of delivery. A refund is only possible if the items are: · in their original packaging · unused · undamaged.

Return shipping costs

For defective or incorrectly delivered items, we will cover the return shipping costs. In all other cases, the return shipping costs within Germany are a flat rate of €6.95. This amount will be deducted from the refund. Alternatively, you can return the goods to us securely packaged at your own expense. In this case, no return or processing fee will be deducted from the refund. Uncollected shipments (e.g., from a branch or parcel locker) and refused packages returned to us are also considered returns and will be charged the aforementioned return and processing fee of €6.95.
