Our luxury cleansing wipes are the perfect blend of unbleached organic cotton and bamboo. Super soft and gentle, they work with Neroli Cleansing Oil to remove every trace of daily dirt and makeup.

Application/Ritual

Soak a Luxury Cleansing Cloth in hot water, squeeze out any excess, and gently press it all over your face and neck, paying particular attention to the delicate eye area. Gently wipe, rinse, and repeat up to three times.

How long does shipping take?

Unless a different delivery time is specified for the respective item, the delivery time is **approx. 1–3 working days within Germany**.
The delivery period begins upon conclusion of the contract.

Should an item be temporarily unavailable, we reserve the right to make **reasonable partial deliveries**. In this case, shipping costs will only be charged once.

Can I return my order?

Yes. You can return your order to us within 14 days of delivery. A refund is only possible if the items are: · in their original packaging · unused · undamaged.

Return shipping costs

For defective or incorrectly delivered items, we will cover the return shipping costs. In all other cases, the return shipping costs within Germany are a flat rate of €6.95. This amount will be deducted from the refund. Alternatively, you can return the goods to us securely packaged at your own expense. In this case, no return or processing fee will be deducted from the refund. Uncollected shipments (e.g., from a branch or parcel locker) and refused packages returned to us are also considered returns and will be charged the aforementioned return and processing fee of €6.95.
