Twist the bottom end of the Legendary Serum Lipstick once until it clicks into place, then glide smoothly over your lips. Use the rim of the tube as a guide for flawless application. Can be worn alone or with a lip liner.
For a more subtle look, you can gently dab the color onto your lips with your fingers. When you're done, snap the cap back on to create an airtight seal.
