Le Nude Castanea lipstick by Le Rouge Francais is vegan and contains nourishing plant-based waxes from rice, carnauba, and candelilla. They protect your lips and make them soft and supple. The color Castanea is a nude with shades of hazelnut, praline, and candied chestnut.
Natural color pigment of nude lipsticks
A very delicate beige-brown pigment is extracted from the Corsican chestnut tree, making it a valuable raw material for the north of the "Island of Beauty." It has been used since the Baroque period to decorate majestic religious statues used in traditional processions.
The chestnut pigment is rich in antioxidants and vitamins B, C and E and has incredible biological properties.
The power of plant-based pigments creates a color that adapts to the natural tone and pH of your lips.
A unique formulation:
- Shea butter: repairing and nourishing
- Jojoba, apricot, sunflower and castor oil: moisturizing and antioxidant properties
- Plant-based rice bran, candelilla and carnauba wax: softening and protective

The nourishing waxes in the lipstick will activate faster, making application even smoother, if you warm the lipstick to room temperature before applying it. Gently breathing on it with your own breath is usually enough.
When applied once, Le Rouge Francais lipsticks provide a light shade of color.
For a more intense tone, you can simply build up the color in each layer.
