Place the Le Bleu ORION No. 520 brush in the center of the lash line and draw the eyeliner along to the outer corner of the eye.
If you want a more comprehensive look that frames the entire eye , start at the inner corner of the eye and draw another line that meets the first.
For a cat-eye look, finish the eyeliner with an upward curved line.
