Le Bleu Orion No. 520 is an intense, deep blue liquid eyeliner that lets you create both delicate and dramatic deep blue lines on your eyelids. An intense, opalescent blue that can appear calmingly subtle or stormily harsh. Its plant-based color is derived from indigo and sorghum, making for an exceptional care formula suitable for sensitive eyes.

Place the Le Bleu ORION No. 520 brush in the center of the lash line and draw the eyeliner along to the outer corner of the eye.
If you want a more comprehensive look that frames the entire eye , start at the inner corner of the eye and draw another line that meets the first.
For a cat-eye look, finish the eyeliner with an upward curved line.
