Lucuma is a native South American fruit known as "the gold of the Incas." Since pre-colonial times, it has been revered as a superfood for its high antioxidant content. It has also been shown to normalize blood sugar levels and promote digestion and intestinal health due to its high content of soluble and insoluble fiber.
+How many cups can I drink per day?
Start with one cup per day. The dose of mushrooms in each serving is specifically formulated for the effectiveness of one cup, but can be increased to several cups per day. Listen to your body and adjust the dosage as needed.
+Is it a small or large dose of mushrooms?
The formulations have been carefully developed to be truly effective, with precise dosages.
