Application:

First, sharpen the eyeliner pencil with the Eco-Sharpener so that it can be applied more evenly to the eyes and achieves a better result.

Tip: For easier tracing, place dots along the lash line where the lashes meet the skin.
Then connect the dots in a curved line along the eyelid.

For a richer look, apply one or more lines in multiple layers. For the lower eyelid, apply the shade to the inner rim as close to the lashes as possible.

Can I return my order?

Yes. You can return your order to us within 14 days of delivery. A refund is only possible if the items are: · in their original packaging · unused · undamaged.

Return shipping costs

For defective or incorrectly delivered items, we will cover the return shipping costs. In all other cases, the return shipping costs within Germany are a flat rate of €6.95. This amount will be deducted from the refund. Alternatively, you can return the goods to us securely packaged at your own expense. In this case, no return or processing fee will be deducted from the refund.
