Application tips for the Ere Perez Jojoba Eye Pencil

For a particularly precise and consistent result:

1. Sharpen before applying:
Use the Eco Sharpener to sharpen the tip of the eyeliner pencil. This allows for a more even application of the Jojoba Eye Pencil and a particularly clean, professional result.

2. Perfect line made easy:
Place small dots along the upper lash line , right where the lashes meet the skin.
Tip: Then connect these points with a gently curved line – this makes the eyeliner particularly easy and natural.

3. For more intense looks:
Apply the eyeliner in multiple layers to increase the color intensity and achieve a bold, rich look.

4. For the lower eyelid:
Draw a line as close to the lower lashes as possible , ideally right on the inner edge of the eyelid – for a defined but soft finish.

Can I return my order?

Yes. You can return your order to us within 14 days of delivery. A refund is only possible if the items are: · in their original packaging · unused · undamaged.

Return shipping costs

For defective or incorrectly delivered items, we will cover the return shipping costs. In all other cases, the return shipping costs within Germany are a flat rate of €6.95. This amount will be deducted from the refund. Alternatively, you can return the goods to us securely packaged at your own expense. In this case, no return or processing fee will be deducted from the refund.
