The pigment Le Vernis No 919 Rouge Kallyménia
The red alga Lithothamnion calcareum contains a powerful pigment inside its plastids. Since the Bronze Age, seafaring peoples have learned to harness this coloring power. Decoratively painted pottery bowls and amphorae, such as those found in the shipwrecks of Ulubarum off the coast of Turkey, demonstrate that this coloring power was indeed already being utilized at that time.

Wash your hands, moisten a lint-free cotton pad with nail polish remover, and wipe it over your nails to remove polish residue, oils, and impurities.
File and buff your nails to smooth out any bumps and achieve the desired length.
Wear a thin layer

of polish to paint your nail flawlessly from base to tip. Work with both hands to allow each layer to dry.
Then apply a second thin coat for a vibrant, professional finish on each nail. Let the polish air dry.
