Eulenschnitt has put a lot of heart and soul into its new collection, which was developed by the small Hamburg-based company from the shape, clay, glazing, and design. These wonderful mugs are lovingly handcrafted in a small pottery in Portugal. These mugs will delight those who appreciate the individuality of clay and glaze, as each individual mug has its own unique touch. All mugs are handcrafted. This makes each mug unique and varies in print depth, height, and straightness. The minimalist design and natural color nuances are rounded off by the beautiful blind embossing "It's cold outside."

Is there a minimum order value?

Yes. Our online shop has a **minimum order value of €20.00** (incl. VAT, excl. shipping costs). If the order value is below this amount, it is technically impossible to complete the order.

How long does shipping take?

Unless a different delivery time is specified for the respective item, the delivery time is **approx. 1–3 working days within Germany**.
The delivery period begins upon conclusion of the contract.

Should an item be temporarily unavailable, we reserve the right to make **reasonable partial deliveries**. In this case, shipping costs will only be charged once.

Can I return my order?

Yes. You can return your order to us within 14 days of delivery. A refund is only possible if the items are: · in their original packaging · unused · undamaged.

Return shipping costs

For defective or incorrectly delivered items, we will cover the return shipping costs. In all other cases, the return shipping costs within Germany are a flat rate of €6.95. This amount will be deducted from the refund. Alternatively, you can return the goods to us securely packaged at your own expense. In this case, no return or processing fee will be deducted from the refund. Uncollected shipments (e.g., from a branch or parcel locker) and refused packages returned to us are also considered returns and will be charged the aforementioned return and processing fee of €6.95.
