Application

Lightly press the flat side of your INIKA Organic Shadow Brush into the bowl of your chosen eyeshadow.
Once the flat side is covered, gently sweep the product over your eyelid to apply it evenly.
Repeat the process until the desired coverage and an even finish are achieved.

TIPS:
- When using metallic shades, slightly moisten the brush before application so that the product adheres to the brush and the eyelid
- It is best to build up coverage slowly.
- Clean your Shadow Brush twice a month for optimal performance. Use a good organic shampoo and rinse the brush with warm water. Once the water runs clear, squeeze out any excess water and lay the brush flat on its side to dry. This allows the water to drain away and prevents long-term damage to the bristles.

How long does shipping take?

Unless a different delivery time is specified for the respective item, the delivery time is **approx. 1–3 working days within Germany**.
The delivery period begins upon conclusion of the contract.

Should an item be temporarily unavailable, we reserve the right to make **reasonable partial deliveries**. In this case, shipping costs will only be charged once.

Can I return my order?

Yes. You can return your order to us within 14 days of delivery. A refund is only possible if the items are: · in their original packaging · unused · undamaged.

Return shipping costs

For defective or incorrectly delivered items, we will cover the return shipping costs. In all other cases, the return shipping costs within Germany are a flat rate of €6.95. This amount will be deducted from the refund. Alternatively, you can return the goods to us securely packaged at your own expense. In this case, no return or processing fee will be deducted from the refund. Uncollected shipments (e.g., from a branch or parcel locker) and refused packages returned to us are also considered returns and will be charged the aforementioned return and processing fee of €6.95.
