ILIA's lightweight and nourishing mascara is formulated with a blend of organic beeswax and carnauba wax to condition each lash and keep them lifted all day long.
Made with 99% natural ingredients, the formula is gentle enough for sensitive eyes and also contains organic shea butter and strengthening arginine (keratin) to strengthen and enhance your lashes.
After testing over 100 mascara wands, ILIA chose the patented double-sided brush, which ensures a perfectly natural application. Use the shorter side to curl and volumize your lashes, and the longer bristles to lift, lengthen, and separate your lashes.

Why is it important that it's free of carbon black? What makes it a clean mascara?
Many black pigments in the cosmetics industry are derived from an ingredient called carbon black. Studies have shown that carbon black is carcinogenic and should be avoided whenever possible. Instead, we chose to obtain the black pigment from charcoal, which is a cleaner alternative.
Is ILIA's Limitless Lash Mascara waterproof?
No, but it's water-resistant, so it won't smudge or flake, but you won't have to pluck at your eyes at night to remove it.

ILIA Limitless Lash Mascara curls and lifts lashes for a dramatic look. If you have straight lashes, we recommend using an eyelash curler before application for optimal results.
Is ILIA Mascara vegan?
ILIA Limitless Lash Mascara is cruelty-free but not vegan, as the formula contains a small amount of (organic) beeswax from ethical sources.
The formula of ILIA's Limitless Lash Mascara provides extreme length and natural volume in a classic black finish. One coat lifts and lengthens lashes with a natural effect, while additional coats create a more dramatic look.
1. Start by curling your lashes with an eyelash curler before applying mascara.
2. Use the shorter bristles of the double-sided brush to apply mascara from root to tip.
3. Use the longer, comb-like side to separate and define lashes while lifting and lengthening them.
4. For an even more dramatic look, apply an extra thin layer to the tips after separating your lashes.
5. At the end of the day, you can easily remove the mascara with warm water or a light cleanser.
