Mix one teaspoon of the powder with a cup or mug of water or plant-based milk. Stir the powder until completely dissolved. A milk frother works particularly well for this. Enjoy your herbal coffee toasty hot or refreshingly cold.
You can also prepare your herbal coffee with different ratios of water and plant-based milk. The ladies at Cosmic Dealer love the ratio of 3/4 hot water to 1/4 oat milk.
Experiment with different ratios to find the ideal balance of creaminess and flavor intensity.

While Herbal Coffee is natural and caffeine-free, there isn't much research on pregnancy and mushrooms, so Cosmic Dealer advises against its use. However, Cosmic Dealer will be there for you at other points during your pregnancy/breastfeeding to help you through those long nights! 🥱
How many cups can I drink per day?
Cosmic Dealer recommends starting with one cup per day to give your body time to adjust to the fiber content (if it's not used to high fiber intake). Then, you can slowly increase your intake as desired. The dose of mushrooms in each serving is specifically formulated for the benefits of one cup, but can be increased to several cups per day. Listen to your body and adjust as needed.
Is the amount contained a small or large dose of mushrooms?
The recipes have been carefully developed to be truly effective, with precise dosages. With 450 mg of active mushrooms, it's the perfect dosage for a gentle introduction to the world of potent mushrooms, allowing you to experience the positive effects while simultaneously nurturing and maintaining your health. Cosmic Dealer worked long and hard to develop the unique flavor of Herbal Koffee. It combines the earthy, roasted notes of chicory, barley, and rye with a subtle hint of spices and flowers.
While it doesn't taste exactly like regular coffee, it strikes a delicious balance between your usual coffee ritual and something new and distinctive that we're sure you'll love.

Can I drink Herbal Coffee in the afternoon or evening?
Cosmic Dealers Herbal Caffeine is free of stimulants and caffeine, so you can consume it any time of day. However, some people are more sensitive to the stimulating properties of mushrooms, so we recommend trying the Caffeine for the first time in the early morning. One exception is Floral Caffeine, which contains Reishi: a great mushroom to take before bedtime.
Are these mushrooms of high quality?
Cosmic Dealer selects its organic adaptogens with the utmost care, using only the best available on the market. The source is chosen based on where the best and most bioactive mushroom extracts for each species can be found. Lion's Mane, for example, comes from the forests of Scandinavia.
Growing conditions, extraction techniques, air and water quality, and polysaccharide content (an important bioactive element for immunity and health) are carefully examined for each variety to determine the best source.
To ensure their quality and effectiveness, the products undergo rigorous laboratory testing. Furthermore, only extracts from the pure cell wall of the mushroom are used (not just mushroom powder) to ensure optimal bioavailability. They contain only the fruiting bodies (the beneficial part), without the mycelium (the less desirable root found in cheaper powders).
