Happiness Tonic – herbal drink for positive well-being
Anima Mundi's caffeine-free Happiness Powder is a herbal blend consisting of a combination of botanicals traditionally used to promote general well-being. The blend contains herbs such as ashwagandha, rhodiola, mucuna, albizia, and St. John's wort, which are valued in herbal medicine. These herbs help promote a positive feeling and general contentment. Ashwagandha and St. John's wort, in particular, are used to promote well-being and contribute to a balanced state.
To round out the blend, other ingredients such as roasted dandelion, roasted chicory, maca, lucuma, burdock root, mesquite and organic vanilla were added.

Recipe for happy coffee:
Add 1 tablespoon of Happiness Powder to a cup, then fill with hot water. Stir and let it steep for about 2-3 minutes. Then add approximately 60 ml of (frothy) milk or plant-based milk of your choice. You can sweeten the drink to your liking.
Enough for approx. 26 preparations when using 1 tablespoon per serving.
