Here's how:

Cleansing & Preparation: Thoroughly cleanse your face. Then apply a facial oil or serum to help the stone glide more smoothly.

Correct posture: Hold the Gua Sha flat at an angle of approximately 15° to the skin.

From the inside out: Always work in gentle, stroking movements – from the chin along the jawbone to the ear, from the nose over the cheeks, from the inner corner of the eye outwards.

Don’t forget: the neck and décolleté can also be included.

Repeat: Repeat each movement 5-10 times, but do not press too hard – gentle pressure is sufficient.
