Apply one or two pumps to damp skin morning and night, massage in gently, and rinse with warm water. Once a week, for a more intense exfoliation, apply the cleanser like a mask to dry skin and leave it on for five minutes before rinsing thoroughly.

How long does shipping take?

The delivery period begins upon conclusion of the contract.

Can I return my order?

Yes. You can return your order to us within 14 days of delivery. A refund is only possible if the items are: · in their original packaging · unused · undamaged.

Return shipping costs

For defective or incorrectly delivered items, we will cover the return shipping costs. In all other cases, the return shipping costs within Germany are a flat rate of €6.95. This amount will be deducted from the refund. Alternatively, you can return the goods to us securely packaged at your own expense. In this case, no return or processing fee will be deducted from the refund.
