Here's how to make the Eyelights Cream Eyeshadow last all day: Prime your eyelid with concealer and then apply a little powder. You can apply the eyeshadow with a brush or your fingers. Start in the center of your eyelids and blend outward. Blend quickly, as the formula dries quickly. For a more intense look, combine two shades of Eyelights Cream Eyeshadow.
Optionally combine with the RMS Luminizer or Lip2Cheek for a harmonious glow look.
Tip: A dab in the inner corner of the eye ensures an extra alert look.
