Himalayan crystal salt, formed through crystallization over millions of years, is rich in more than 84 important minerals that detoxify your body and energy field.
EPSOM SALT
The magnesium-rich Epsom salt melts away the tension of the day and relieves sore muscles.
Epsom salt contains magnesium, which can relieve muscle tension and pain. A bath with Epsom salt is therefore very beneficial, especially after a strenuous day or after exercise. It is also said to help reduce stress and have a calming effect on the body and mind. Epsom salt gently loosens dead skin cells, leaving the skin soft and supple. It also has a soothing effect on certain skin problems such as eczema or psoriasis and also helps to flush toxins out of the body.
