What does "Clean Beauty" mean at North Glow?

At North Glow, "Clean Beauty" stands for a conscious, transparent, and responsible product selection. We exclusively carry brands and products that are free of silicones, microplastics, paraffins, PEGs, endocrine disruptors, and other controversial ingredients. Every formulation is carefully reviewed by us. Our aim is to combine luxurious effectiveness with maximum skin compatibility and responsibility.

Can orders be picked up in person?

Yes. **Starting this summer**, we will offer local pickup:

Our customer service is personal and easily accessible.

You can contact us anytime by email at kontakt@northglow.de. We usually reply within 24 hours on weekdays. This is the most reliable way to reach us.

We are also available via Instagram Direct Message. However, please note that inquiries via social media are less reliable than contacting us by email.

Is there a minimum order value?

Yes. Our online shop has a **minimum order value of €20.00** (incl. VAT, excl. shipping costs). If the order value is below this amount, it is technically impossible to complete the order.

What payment options does North Glow offer?

At North Glow, you can choose from various payment methods securely and conveniently. These include: Credit card, PayPal, Klarna, direct bank transfer, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All available payment options are displayed transparently at checkout, allowing you to flexibly decide which payment method suits you best.

How much are the shipping costs? When is shipping free?

Within Germany, we ship with **DHL GoGreen (climate neutral)**.

How long does shipping take?

Unless a different delivery time is specified for the respective item, the delivery time is **approx. 1–3 working days within Germany**.
The delivery period begins upon conclusion of the contract.

Should an item be temporarily unavailable, we reserve the right to make **reasonable partial deliveries**. In this case, shipping costs will only be charged once.

Can I return my order?

Yes. You can return your order to us within 14 days of delivery. A refund is only possible if the items are: · in their original packaging · unused · undamaged.

Return shipping costs

For defective or incorrectly delivered items, we will cover the return shipping costs. In all other cases, the return shipping costs within Germany are a flat rate of €6.95. This amount will be deducted from the refund. Alternatively, you can return the goods to us securely packaged at your own expense. In this case, no return or processing fee will be deducted from the refund. Uncollected shipments (e.g., from a branch or parcel locker) and refused packages returned to us are also considered returns and will be charged the aforementioned return and processing fee of €6.95.

How exactly does a return process work?

Please first send us an email to **[contact@northglow.de](mailto:contact@northglow.de)** indicating that you wish to return a product.
You will then receive a **link to our returns portal** from us, where you can create your return label.
