Blue Lotus Tea, also known as Blue Water Lily, is a traditional beverage valued for centuries for its calming properties. To prepare Blue Lotus tea, use about 1 tablespoon of petals per cup of hot water. Pour nearly boiling water over the flowers and let them steep for 5-7 minutes. Note that longer steeping times may cause the tea to develop a more bitter taste and lose its distinctive, delicate flavor. We enjoy Blue Lotus tea best in a cocoa-based latte or mocktail.
