Candle care:

Trim the wick to 1/4 length before each lighting of the candle to avoid soot.

Burn the candle each time so that the wax pool reaches the edge of the vessel.

Do not let the candle burn for longer than 4 hours at a time.

Keep the candle away from fans, open windows, hot surfaces, children and pets.

Never leave a burning candle unattended.

Caution: The tools in this candle care set are for adult use only. Please be careful when extinguishing flames with the wick snuffer and wick scissors. Is there a minimum order value?

Yes. Our online shop has a **minimum order value of €20.00** (incl. VAT, excl. shipping costs). If the order value is below this amount, it is technically impossible to complete the order.

How long does shipping take?

Unless a different delivery time is specified for the respective item, the delivery time is **approx. 1–3 working days within Germany**.
The delivery period begins upon conclusion of the contract.

Should an item be temporarily unavailable, we reserve the right to make **reasonable partial deliveries**. In this case, shipping costs will only be charged once.

Can I return my order?

Yes. You can return your order to us within 14 days of delivery. A refund is only possible if the items are: · in their original packaging · unused · undamaged.

Return shipping costs

For defective or incorrectly delivered items, we will cover the return shipping costs. In all other cases, the return shipping costs within Germany are a flat rate of €6.95. This amount will be deducted from the refund. Alternatively, you can return the goods to us securely packaged at your own expense. In this case, no return or processing fee will be deducted from the refund. Uncollected shipments (e.g., from a branch or parcel locker) and refused packages returned to us are also considered returns and will be charged the aforementioned return and processing fee of €6.95.

How exactly does a return process work?
