Apply a thin layer to cleansed, damp skin and leave it on for 30 seconds to 5 minutes before removing the residue from the skin with a warm, damp cloth or rinsing with water.
Depending on your skin type and how often you exfoliate, you can use the peel 2-3 times a week.
