Liquid Powder's fast-drying formula sets within seconds, so we recommend working on one eye at a time.

For a pure shade, sweep the applicator across your lid and apply a small amount at first - a little goes a long way.

Blend the color either with your finger by gently dabbing it in or with the blending brush from ILIA
4. build up for a more intense or further color
When you choose your color If you want to intensify the color or apply another shade on top of it, let the first layer dry completely. Apply another thin layer and blend gently.
Should I apply Liquid Powder Eye Tint with my fingers or a brush?
Liquid Powder is easy to apply with your fingers, but a flat brush, such as our Shadow Brush, also works well. Blend it with gentle motions.
Do I need a primer under Liquid Powder Eye Tint?
Liquid Powder works best when applied to clean eyelids. The quick-drying formula is designed to set to a smudge-proof finish in seconds - no primer is needed.
Can the formula crease or smudge?
Everyone's eyelids are different, but Liquid Powder is formulated to set quickly and not shift or smudge.
Can it be built up?
Yes - Liquid Powder builds up best when applied in thin layers. Be sure to let each layer dry completely before applying more color.
